We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return it in accordance with UK consumer law.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without providing a reason.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact

Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation approval
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as final sale

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.
